ALL SALES FINAL
All products sold through this store are custom decorated apparel produced specifically for each weekly order window. Because every item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason except production defects.
This policy exists because once production begins your garment is being made specifically for you. We cannot resell custom decorated apparel.
PRODUCTION DEFECTS
If you receive an item that has a production defect we will make it right. A production defect includes:
– Wrong item sent
– Wrong size sent
– Significant printing error or misalignment
– Damaged or defective garment
To report a production defect:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Email [email protected]
3. Include your order number in the subject line
4. Attach a clear photo of the defect
We will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If the defect is confirmed we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Replacements are subject to production timelines of 1 to 2 weeks.
NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
– Incorrect size ordered by the customer
– Change of mind after order is placed
– Orders placed after the weekly cutoff that were included in the following week’s run
– Minor color variations between screen display and printed result
– Slight variations in print placement within industry standard tolerance
SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Size charts are provided for every product on this store. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the size chart before placing an order. We are not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement provided production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation contact [email protected] immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee cancellation once the weekly order window has closed and production has been submitted to our production partner.
REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
