IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
All products in this store are custom decorated apparel made to order. Unlike standard retail purchases, your order goes through a production process before it is shipped. Please plan accordingly.
PRODUCTION TIME
Every order placed through this store is produced in weekly batches. Our order window closes every Friday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
After the order window closes please allow:
– 1 to 2 weeks for production
– Plus additional time for shipping to your address
This means the minimum time from order placement to delivery is approximately 2 to 3 weeks depending on when you ordered within the weekly window and your shipping location.
Example:
You order on a Wednesday. The window closes Friday. Production begins the following week. Production takes up to 2 weeks. Shipping takes 3 to 7 business days. Your total wait is approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship within the United States only at this time. Shipping rates and methods are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order leaves our production facility.
TRACKING
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number to track your package directly with the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. After Hour Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted to production.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost or damaged in transit contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 10 business days for carrier investigations.
After Hour Studio is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, or other events outside our control once a package has been handed to the carrier.
MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We understand that many of our customers are active duty military. We do our best to ship to APO and FPO addresses. Delivery times to military addresses may vary significantly and are outside our control once the package is handed to the carrier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must be shipped to a United States address including APO and FPO addresses.
