This website is operated by After Hour Studio, an independent apparel company serving the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion community. By placing an order on this site you agree to the following terms. This store is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by the United States Army or the Department of War.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing this website and placing an order you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
WHO WE ARE
After Hour Studio is an independent apparel business operating this store at 404th-battalion.afterhstudio.com. We design, produce, and sell custom decorated apparel to members of the 404th Civil Affairs Battalion community and their families.
ORDERING
All orders placed through this store are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are collected on a weekly basis. Our order window closes every Friday at 5:00 PM Pacific Time. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the following week’s production run.
CUSTOM APPAREL — ALL SALES FINAL
All products sold through this store are custom decorated apparel produced specifically for each order window. For this reason:
– All sales are final
– We do not accept returns or exchanges
– We do not offer refunds on completed orders except in cases of production error or
defect
If you receive an item with a production defect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with a photo of the defect and your order number. We will work with our production partner to resolve the issue.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINE
Custom apparel requires production time. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production from the order window close date, plus additional time for shipping. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
PRICING
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information you authorize After Hour Studio to charge your card for the total order amount including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
SIZING & FIT
Size charts are provided for each product. After Hour Studio is not responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect size selection by the customer. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering. Size-related issues are not eligible for return or exchange.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All artwork, logos, and designs displayed on this site are the property of After Hour Studio or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any designs without written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
After Hour Studio’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or the purchase of our products.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of this site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
